Garlicky Potatoes

Wanted a new twist on mashed potatoes and found it in this recipe. Strong garlic flavor, may use more potatoes the next time I make it. I definitly will be making it again.

env. GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix

cups hot prepared instant mashed potatoes

Make It

ADD dry dressing mix to hot potatoes; stir until well blended.

Make Ahead

Potato mixture can be made up to 20 minutes ahead of time. Let stand at room temperature until ready to serve. To reheat, spoon into microwavable bowl; cover. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Stir before serving.
