Here's an easy version of the classic chocolate celebration cake—made with devil's food cake mix, toasted coconut flakes and sweet walnuts in syrup.

What You Need

pkg.  (2-layer size) devil's food cake mix
cups  JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
cups  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
can  (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
jars  (5 oz. each) walnuts in syrup

Make It

LINE 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.

PREPARE and bake cake mix in prepared pan as directed on package; cool completely. Remove cake from pan onto serving platter; remove foil.

MIX marshmallows, coconut, condensed milk and walnuts; spread over top of cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into 16 squares to serve.

How to Test Cake for Doneness
To prevent overbaking, check cakes or cupcakes at the minimum baking time indicated in recipe. Insert a toothpick in center of cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. If it does not come out clean, return to the oven for a few additional minutes before rechecking.
