German-Style Potato Salad recipe

It's a little like being cute and rich. This bacon-y and better-for-you take on potato salad is almost too good to be true.

What You Need

2
lb.  red potatoes (about 8), cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
1/2
cup  KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2
lb.  fresh green beans, trimmed, cut into thirds and cooked
10
slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/2
cup  chopped sweet onions
2
Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 15 min. or just until tender; drain.

PLACE warm potatoes in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

Substitute
Prepare using 2 lb. halved baby red potatoes.
Food Facts
The potatoes will firm up once they cool. For this reason, the dressing is added to the potatoes while they are still warm, allowing it to seep into the potatoes.
Note
Commonly served warm, this recipe is also delicious cold.
