I was planning to make brats & German Potato Salad for dinner this evening when this recipe came in. So I changed plans & made it! To simplify preparation, I cooked the brats & onion together, then added the mustard & sauerkraut. I also added caraway seeds. It was good, but not outstanding. Hubby liked it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really liked this meal. Really liked this meal. With the drained sauerkraut, it was a little dry so I added about a 1/2 can of beer to the skillet as it cooked. Very tasty!
