Prepare as directed, using a 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan, and reducing the baking time to 35 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 min. Invert onto wire rack; remove pan. Cool cake completely. Frost as directed.
Keep frosted cake refrigerated.

Made this for a party and it was the first dessert to go! I did have a hard time finding the candied ginger but it was worth it.
Excellent recipe. Easy to use directions and the cake was moist and delicious. I cannot wait to make it again!
