what you need

1/4
cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing or KRAFT Mayo
1
tsp. chopped fresh gingerroot or 1/2 tsp. dried ground ginger
4
 crusty sandwich rolls, split
8
slices deli cooked roast beef (1/2 lb.)
1/ 4
cup sliced green onions
8
 red pepper rings

Make It

MIX dressing and ginger; spread onto cut sides of rolls.

FILL with remaining ingredients; wrap in foil.

BAKE at 400°F for 10 min. Serve warm.

Make the sandwiches in the morning, then refrigerate until ready to serve. When the family comes home, just pop them in the oven and bake as directed.
