Ginger Crumb Crust

1 (9-inch) crust, about 8 servings

What You Need

 gingersnaps, finely crushed
1/4
cup  (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
2
Tbsp.  sugar

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix crushed gingersnaps, butter and sugar. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.

BAKE 8 min. Cool completely.

FILL as desired.

Make it Easy
Crust can also be used without baking. Mix all ingredients and press into pie plate as directed. Fill with your favorite chilled or frozen pie filling.
How to Crush Cookies
Place gingersnaps in food processor container; cover. Process until finely crushed.
