  • Bring 2 cups water and ginger to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  • Pour through strainer into 1-qt. heatproof plastic or glass pitcher.
  • Measure drink mix to 1-qt. line inside cap. Add to pitcher along with the remaining water; stir until dissolved.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Serve over ice.

Special Extra

Garnish each serving with fresh mint leaves.
