  • Cook carrots in boiling water in large saucepan on medium heat 4 to 6 min. or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, cook dressing, sugar and butter in small saucepan on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain carrots; return to saucepan. Add sauce; stir. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until carrots are heated through and evenly coated with sauce.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.

Note

Recipe can be easily doubled to accommodate a larger number of dinner guests. Prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients.

Substitute

Prepare using KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Blah! Blah! I had Kraft's Balsamic Vinaigrette left over in the fridge and thought this would be a way to finally finish it, as I don't use this on salads. Didn't like the taste at all. I like carrots though, even plain. But I couldn't finish this and I wouldn't make it again. Tasted too sour. None of the ingredients were old.

I used baby carrots as some other reviewers suggested. Also ,added a pinch of seasoned salt. Family loved it and if you have any leftovers, it reheats well.
