How to Make Rolled Cookies
Prepare dough as directed. Refrigerate 1 hour. Heat oven to 325ºF. Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut into desired shapes with 3- or 4-inch cookie cutters; place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely. Frost as directed.
