Chicken breasts are anything but boring when they're marinated in a brew of coffee, honey and cumin—and served with chopped bacon on a bed of stuffing.

What You Need

can   (8 oz.) Spanish style tomato sauce
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
cup  honey
tsp.  MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee granules
tsp.  ground cumin
  boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/2 lb.)
slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, finely chopped
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken, prepared as directed

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix tomato sauce, dressing, honey, coffee and cumin until blended. Pour half of the mixture into resealable plastic bag. Add chicken to bag; refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

REMOVE chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet. Brush chicken with half of the remaining marinade. Bake 10 min. Turn chicken; baste with remaining marinade. Bake 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

SPRINKLE chicken with chopped bacon before serving. Serve with prepared stuffing.
