  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix all ingredients except chops until blended. Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce mixture for later use.
  • Grill chops 5 min. on each side. Brush with half of the remaining barbecue sauce mixture; grill 3 to 5 min. or until chops are done (145ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Remove chops from grill. Let stand 3 min.
  • Serve chops with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.

Special Extra

Serve with grilled canned pineapple rings. To prepare, drain canned pineapple rings, reserving the juice and mixing it with the barbecue sauce mixture if desired. After removing cooked chops from grill, add pineapple rings to grill. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, turning after 2 min.

Prepare using BULL'S-EYE Brown Sugar & Hickory Barbecue Sauce.

Prepare using boneless pork chops, reducing grilling time as necessary until chops are done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pork chop recipe ever! Best pork chop recipe ever! I used regular yellow mustard, used my favorite bbq sauce and added brown sugar, added 2 cloves of minced garlic, a little cayane and red pepper flakes just to make it a little spicier! Everyone I have made these for rants about how delicious they are and begs for the recipe! Even the picky eaters! Without a doubt part of my husbands favorite meal! =)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just made this tonight. Just made this tonight. I was a little disappointed as I found the glaze runny and not as flavorful as the other reviews said. Maybe next time, I would not add all the crushed pineapple and possibly add some brown sugar for more of a thick glaze. If the glaze can get fine tuned it would be good on a ham as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING! AMAZING!!! I seriously thought I didn't like pork chops, because all the ones I'd ever had were all dried out, BUT these were sooooo good! I fixed rice to go along with them. I cut it up in tiny pieces and mixed it with the rice for our 1 1/2 year old, and it's probably his favorite meal now :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! Excellent! I marinated them in the bbq/pineapple mixture like some others suggested. They were very good and I will definitely make them again soon.
