If you don't have a tart pan, you can use a springform pan instead. Press dough for crust onto bottom and 1 inch up side of pan. Run sharp knife around edge of pan immediately after removing tart from oven to loosen tart. Do not remove tart from pan until glaze is set.

My family's favorite except for the rubbery jello glaze. I discarded it before it went on the tart.I made it with an apricot jam glaze and it was fantastic.
