I was dissapointed with this dish. The chicken was too soft and had the appeal of being undercooked. The corrots were not tender and the sauce was very watery. I cooked this for an additional 20 mins too.

This was delicious but let me jut add that you do need to season the chicken first that is not mentioned in the receipe. I used season all, galic powder, a pinch of ground ginger, a spoon of dried Jamaican jerk seasoning, black pepper, and Mrs. Dash Table blend on the chicken and let it sit for 10 min. I also added broccoli. The taste was out of this world especially if you like carribean food. it was sweet, tangy, juicy and had a little kick to it.

My kids LOVED this meal! Everyone asked for seconds and actually ate the carrots and green peppers (2 really hard things to get them to eat). Great recipe.
