  • Beat potatoes, milk and butter until fluffy. Stir in chives and half of the VELVEETA.
  • Spoon into 1-qt. casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining VELVEETA; bake 5 min. or until VELVEETA begins to melt.

With busy work/volunteer schedule this was a fun, quick way to get the family doing a meal. We made veg. tray & ranch dip , while it cook, talk, kids did homework and viola had the potatoes, meatloaf, and cheesecake in no time at all. Threw the dishes in dishwasher and cleaned the kitchen as we worked together. Now my teens are telling me to work late so they can come up with the meals. Who would know that simple potatoes, meatloaf would get them to take over meal planning, grocery list. I just love this site!!!!!!!!!

Kraft recipes does it again!!! The only problem I had was getting the top layer of velevetta to melt in 5 minutes...Definitely I will serve these potatoes again!
