Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for a casual BBQ with friends. I made this for a casual BBQ with friends. We all loved it. My boyfriend and I finished the whole pan in a weekend! And, he asked to take another full pan to work Monday. YUM! It was hard to get the caramel to swirl. Seems to cool too quickly. I just drizzled it on top and that seemed to work fine. So good!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG was this GOOD! OMG was this GOOD!!!! I fixed it for a night of playing games with some other couples. It was gone in a matter of 30 minutes or less. Everyone there asked for the recipe. All three of my children have now requested that this be their birthday cake/dessert. TIP: I would at least double the batch!!!

I wanted something with an Autumn taste. I added 1/2 cup chopped apples to the cheesecake mixture and 1/2 cup of pecan pieces sprinkled on top. I called it "Caramel Apple Cheesecake Squares". It was a huge hit!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Eh. Eh. This was ok. It was way too sweet with all that caramel action going on, I should have known. Didnt have too much of a cheesecake flavor, forgot to consider the fact that only 2 pkgs. of creamcheese are used. Dont think Ill be trying it again.
