What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard

bone-in pork chops (2-1/4 lb.)

cups frozen green beans

Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Mix MIRACLE WHIP and mustard; set aside.

PLACE chops in 13x9-inch baking dish; brush with half of the mustard mixture. Turn chops over; brush with remaining mustard mixture. Top with stuffing; cover with foil. Bake 10 min.

MEANWHILE, place beans on large sheet of foil; drizzle with Italian dressing. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet. Uncover chops; place bean packet in oven. Bake chops and beans 20 min. or until chops are cooked through (160°F) and beans are heated through.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, substituting your favorite frozen or fresh vegetables for the beans. If using fresh, add 2 Tbsp. water to the packet before sealing.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.

this was a result of using what was in the house after not going to the grocery store for a couple of weeks. It was good a good comfort food meal. The servings were huge. Husband said he enjoyed it and we'll make it again.

The stuffing was a good combo with the pork (I used cornbread stuffing), but the pork was a little dry. It was just okay.. probably wouldn't make it again.

This was great! I was a little worried the mustard might be too strong because im not a mustard fan but this was really good and it wasnt overpowering at all. We will definitely do this again!

Very simple to make. I used honey mustard as I did not have the dijon. And I slathered it fairly thickly. Think that helped with the flavor of the pork chops. Really the only thing I would change is to use boneless chops next time. Think it will be much easier to eat!

This is very simple to make my entire family gave 2 thumbs up, they ALLWAYS say something is nasty, but everyone agreed once they got past the look of the stuffing on top of the chops, once in their mouths they were hooked! Thanks for something simple and delicious we all can enjoy together

Really easy to make--my boyfriend devoured it! I microwaved the beans w/the Italian dressing and Romano cheese, then made sweet potatoes with a brown sugar glaze. Wow! And I have NEVER tried cooking anything! I also added steak sauce to the mustard mix for the chops cuz I only had dijon mustard--another yum! tHE STUFFING MIX WAS A DELICIOUS TOUCH! Thanks to Kraft and whoever devised this recipe!
