Golden Parmesan Potatoes

Sometimes simple is best—like our buttery Parmesan potatoes. Three ingredients and a garnish are all it takes for this tasty side.

What You Need

lb.  Yukon gold potatoes (about 8), cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
Tbsp.  butter, melted, divided
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

RINSE potatoes; pat dry with paper towels.

BRUSH 1 Tbsp. butter onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Toss potatoes with remaining butter and 1/4 cup cheese; layer on bottom and up side of pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

BAKE 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Loosen potatoes from side and bottom of pie plate; invert immediately onto serving plate.

Prepare using any all-purpose potato.

Garnish with chopped fresh chives before serving.
