Place drained marinated vegetables on rack of broiler pan 4 inches from heat. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved 1/4 cup dressing.

This is a great dish when grilling out Chicken or Steak. Buy one of them disposable grill grates for vegetables or cook them on tin foil. You can pre prep them in the mix and carry them to your cook out in a plastic zip bag. We cooked rib eyes and had mix veg w/ potato's up at the lake. Use lots of color. Red, Yellow peppers, onions, and new potato's It was great!!
Had to make the veggies in batches cuz it made so much. Was a hit!
