What You Need

1/4

cup olive oil

env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

lb. red potatoes (about 5), quartered

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

MIX oil and dressing mix in gallon-size resealable plastic bag.

ADD potatoes; seal bag. Shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Spread onto baking sheet.

BAKE 45 min. or until potatoes are tender.
