  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add flour; mix well. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Bake 12 to 14 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly on wire rack.
  • Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until caramels begin to melt. Stir until caramels are completely melted; spread gently over crust.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle half over caramel. Sprinkle with candy corn and nuts; drizzle with remaining chocolate. Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
