  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in salsa.
  • Place 1 pie crust on baking sheet; top with meat mixture, spreading to within 1 inch of edge. Cover with cheese and remaining crust; seal edge with fork.
  • Bake 25 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min. before cutting into wedges to serve.

    This was a good recipe and a nice change from tacos. It was fast and easy to prepare. I did add some taco seasoning mix to the hamburger mixture because I find salsa doesn't give enough flavor. A filling meal served with Spanish rice and some chopped lettuce and tomato.
