  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Spread mayonnaise onto bottom halves of buns; cover with lettuce, tomatoes, cheeseburgers and tops of buns.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables to balance out the meal.


For milder flavor, reduce the adobo sauce to 1 Tbsp.
