    We do this all the time. It is very easy to prepare and is spot on for cooking time. WI often prepare with a bit of minced mushrooms, onions and green peppers. One note, don't put the cheese on the eggs in the skillet because it will run out of the sandwich.

    Very good. I don't have time for bacon so I buy Real Bacon Pieces and add to the eggs. Sometimes I make it in a wrap instead of a muffin, easier to eat.
