  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a large rectangular baking pan (is this a 9X4 or 8X4 loaf pan?) with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Combine: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into large bowl. Mix to combine. Set aside.
  • In a separate large bowl combine: eggs, banana, oil and milk. Mix to combine.
  • Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredient bowl. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour OR until toothpick inserted comes out clean
  • Allow bread to cool in pan slightly before slicing and serving.

Special Extra

Add ½ cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, if desired.
