What You Need

cups halved seedless red grapes

large stalks celery, finely chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

1/2

cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

cups each torn spinach leaves and romaine lettuce

red onion, thinly sliced

1/4

cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted

Make It

COMBINE grapes, celery and cheese in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.

TOSS spinach and romaine with onions; spoon onto 4 plates. Top with grape mixture and nuts.

Prepare using KRAFT ROKA Blue Cheese Dressing.

Selecting & Storing Grapes

Look for grapes that are well colored, plump and firmly attached to the stem. To store, place unwashed grapes in a plastic bag. Store in the refrigerator up to 1 week and wash just before using.

This is great! I think that I'll try some grilled chicken with it next time, maybe substitute feta cheese????

This was a delicious combination! When I first told my boyfriend about the mix, he seemed slightly apprehensive, but he loved it and so did I. It's a great salad!

I haven't made this yet, but this sounds yummy! I think that I will use Kraft blue cheese crumbles and use raspberry vinaigrette dressing. I'll try with and without chicken. The combianation of the ingredients sounds great! Maybe some chow mein noodles on top?!
