HEAT oven to 350°F.
MIX flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside. Combine cereal and milk; let stand 3 minutes. Stir in eggs and oil. Add to flour mixture, mixing just until moistened. Stir in bananas.
POUR into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
FOR easier slicing, wrap bread and store overnight.
