  • Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. cheese onto half of each tortilla. Top with salsa and cilantro. Fold in half to enclose filling; press lightly to secure.
  • Grill 1 to 2 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides.
  • Cut in half to serve.

    I loved how quick and easy these were. They were a big hit with my family. I left out the cilantro and added more cheese and salsa.

    I used this recipe last night with a few additions. Everyone including my 8 year old son loved them. (He wanted them for breakfast today) I added sliced cherry tomatoes, a little crumbled bacon and used chives instead of cilantro. Yum
