  • Fold in half to serve.

I love the red pepper hummus and getting brown sugared ham adds just the right amount of sweetness. Try adding cucumber and sprouts...very yummy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yummy. Yummy. I changed the Hummus to lemon because I don't care for peppers. I also used kalamata olives and I heated the sandwiches in the oven for 5 munites at 350 degrees instead of microwaving.
