  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Unroll pie crust; cut into 8-inch square. Discard trimmings. Place in 8-inch square baking dish. Bake 10 min. or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, beat eggs, sugar and flour with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in yogurt. Add Neufchatel, honey and 1 tsp. cinnamon; mix well.
  • Pour over crust; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is set.

Serving Suggestion

Cut dessert into small squares or triangles. Serve in paper cupcake liners.

Note

This delicious dessert is equally delicious whether served warm or chilled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this today, and it was delicious. I made this today, and it was delicious. I used honey maid crumbs with butter and a touch of sugar and cinnamon for the crust. I baked mine in a 9 inch square pan instead of 8, for 45 minutes. Next time I will reduce the sugar a little bit and omit the cinnamon sprinkle on top to make it absolutely perfect.
