Reserve 1/4 cup oil prepared marinade for later use; pour remaining over 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.) in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of breasts. Refrigerate 30 min to marinate, turning after 15 min. Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 min. on each side. Brush with reserved marinade; grill 1 to 2 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Or, use your broiler to cook the marinated chicken.
Short on time? Substitute 3/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette with Feta Cheese and Oregano Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the prepared marinade.
Mix ingredients as directed; use as a marinade for seafood or vegetables. Or, use as a dressing for your favorite mixed greens salad.
This flavorful marinade can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 1 week before using as desired. For best results, let stand at room temperature 15 min. before using.
