  • Shred half the cucumber; place in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic powder; mix well. Cut remaining cucumber piece into thin slices.
  • Cut tomato into 4 slices, then cut each slice in half.
  • Spread insides of pita halves evenly with half the mayonnaise mixture; fill with cucumber slices, tomatoes, chicken, onions and lettuce. Top with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
