Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss chicken with beans, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture in center of each sheet of foil.
  • Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 packets.
  • Place packets on grate of grill; cover grill with lid. Grill 10 to 14 min. or until chicken is cooked through (160°F) and vegetables are crisp-tender. Open foil packets; sprinkle evenly with cheese.

Use Your Oven

Prepare foil packets as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake at 450°F for 20 to 24 min. or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.

Substitute 1 can (15 oz.) cut green beans, drained, for the fresh green beans.

So easy and delicious! The green beans were tender and the tomatoes and cheese were a perfect compliment.

I make this pretty often - it's so good and easy! I throw in whatever veggies I have on hand and usually some olives as well. Sometimes I leave out the feta altogether (and I'm a feta freak!) because this is so good - and healthy!!
