So easy and delicious! The green beans were tender and the tomatoes and cheese were a perfect compliment.
I make this pretty often - it's so good and easy! I throw in whatever veggies I have on hand and usually some olives as well. Sometimes I leave out the feta altogether (and I'm a feta freak!) because this is so good - and healthy!!
