Chicken breast strips, green beans, tomatoes and seasonings are grilled in foil then topped with crumbled feta cheese for an enticing main dish.

What You Need

lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
cups  fresh green beans, trimmed
can  (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
tsp.  dried oregano leaves
tsp.  salt
tsp.  pepper
sheets  (12x18-inch) aluminum foil
pkg.  (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Toss chicken with beans, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture in center of each sheet of foil.

BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 packets.

PLACE packets on grate of grill; cover grill with lid. Grill 10 to 14 min. or until chicken is cooked through (160°F) and vegetables are crisp-tender. Open foil packets; sprinkle evenly with cheese.

Use Your Oven
Prepare foil packets as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake at 450°F for 20 to 24 min. or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Substitute 1 can (15 oz.) cut green beans, drained, for the fresh green beans.
