  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Combine all ingredients except cheese; spoon onto 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Fold to make 4 packets.
  • Grill 10 to 14 min. or until chicken is done. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
  • Top chicken mixture with cheese.

Use Your Oven

Fill foil packets as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake in 450°F oven 20 to 24 min. or until chicken is done.

Shortcut

Substitute 1 drained 14.5-oz. can cut green beans for the cut-up fresh green beans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for hot weather I couldn't find diced tomatoes with onion and garlic so I used the one with garlic and basil and added a little minced onion and onion powder. It was so easy and tasted so good. A great dinner on a very hot day that I didn't want to turn on the stove.

I throw in whatever veggies I have on hand and usually some olives as well. Sometimes I leave out the feta altogether (and I'm a feta freak!) because this is so good - and healthy!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delish! Delish! I made this dish two weeks ago and am making it again tonight. I did add some red onion and used cherry tomatoes fresh from my garden. I baked it in the oven in a 9x13x1 pan at 375 and everything was tender and tasty!

It's wonderful to sit with your guests while dinner is in the oven. Cheeta's comment on adding the greek vinagrette when it's done was good too. Thank you Cheeta.

It took about 40-45 minutes for the chicken to finish cooking. But it still tasted great. I make rice on the side and we eat it over the rice. Great!

My husband and I loved it!

This was a great recipe, but instead of grilling the packets, I made this on the stove in a large skillet which kept the meat moist. I also added shredded parmesan cheese in addition to the feta cheese.
