Greek Isle-Style Potato Salad

Here's a potato salad any Greek culinary goddess would be proud of, with chopped cucumbers, crumbled feta, citrusy lemon juice and fragrant mint leaves.

What You Need

1/2
cup  KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2
tsp.  lemon juice
2
lb.  red potatoes (about 8), cubed, cooked and cooled
1
 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1
pkg.  (3.5 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
1/4
cup  loosely packed torn mint leaves

Make It

MIX mayo and lemon juice in large bowl.

ADD potatoes, cucumbers and cheese; mix lightly.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until chilled. Stir in mint just before serving.
