  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until onion crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add spinach and garlic powder; mix well.
  • Mix eggs, ricotta and feta until blended. Add to spinach mixture; mix well.
  • Place 1 phyllo sheet piece in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; brush lightly with some of the butter. Repeat with 7 of the remaining phyllo sheet pieces, brushing each phyllo piece with some of the remaining butter before covering with next phyllo sheet piece.
  • Spread spinach mixture evenly over phyllo stack in baking dish; top with remaining phyllo sheet pieces, brushing some of the remaining butter between each layer.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until golden brown.
