We've made these twice now. The first time we were looking for something different than the same old things we eat every week. These burritos are a welcome change. We originally thought they might be too bland, but the lemon gives a nice flavor. We add cucumber and avocado to the tomatoes on top, but otherwise make them according to the recipe. The best part is that our 3 boys love them too.
