I make this a least once a wee. Just before serving I add a splash of tarragon vinegar. Gives it a nice little kick.
Delicious!!! The bacon adds wonderful flavor. I may boil the green beans for 4-5 minutes rather than 2-3 for a slightly more tender bean. I will definitely be making again in the near future.
