Wonderful blend of flavors & such a pretty salad! I doubled the recipe for my daughters graduation party (80+ people). This was gobbled up!

I added crisp bacon and substituted feta cheese for the blue cheese. also added a tsp. of dijon mustard adn some pepper to the dressing.You might also want to throw in some toasted walnuts. This stuff is great!
