What You Need

lb.  sliced fresh mushroom

 onion, thinly sliced
1/2
lb.  fresh green beans, trimmed, cut into 3-inch lengths

tsp.   finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed

cups  KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 10 min. or until onions are caramelized, stirring frequently.

STIR in beans and peppers; cover. Cook 5 min.

TOP tortillas evenly with 1 cup cheese, mushroom mixture and remaining cheese.
