  • Microwave potatoes and water in large covered microwaveable casserole on HIGH 13 min. Stir in beans. Microwave, covered, 7 to 13 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Cool.
  • Whisk dressing, mustard and vinegar until blended. Add to potato mixture along with ham and onions; mix lightly.

Best of Season

Select fresh green beans with firm, smooth, brightly colored pods. Avoid any that are discolored or spotted.

Note

This flavorful potato salad is equally delicious whether served at room temperature or chilled. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.

Good recipe, I didn't have any red wine vinegar, so I used 1 Tbsp of Apple Cider vinegar and about 2 Tbsp of homemade dill pickle!! I also put some spices (salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder) in it, because my family LOVES everything seasoned!! This would be a great recipe for potlucks or get togethers, plus I used up some of my beans from the garden!! Thanks
