He apologized when he simply could not finish his portion of the green beans. I agreed with him and I am one who loves all things soaked in vinagrettes of any kind. It seemed to have a sour taste, but maybe that was the intention. I am curious to see if this comment makes the list, thinking that only the positive reviews are printed. Don't worry, Kraft Kitchens, I love trying new recipes and I won't stop because of one bad experiment.

I first made this recipe at home because I thought it would be easily adaptable for the soup kitchen in which I work. It was so good that I knew that I was going to make it for the Easter lunch. We normally serve around 400 to 500 people. I used frozen haricot verts (thawed and then briefly put in boiling salted water). I mixed the beans, onions, and salad dressing (Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing) and baked, covered until sufficient temperature was reached. Then I added the feta cheese, recovered, and returned to the oven for 15 minutes. It was amazing and got rave reviews from our guests (the homeless) as well as the volunteers. I am very grateful to you for this delicious recipe that I was able to share. I am looking forward to many more recipes such as this one to use at the soup kitchen. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We loved this recipe. We loved this recipe. Rather than the italian dressing, I substituted 1/2 cup KRAFT Special Collection Greek Vinaigrette Dressing and the greek flavors mixed perfectly with the feta. I would recommend this as interesting and easy side dish.

It's the first time I made a very different kind of dish from the norm and he actually stated, for once, how much he had liked something I had made!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good side dish to use fresh green beans. Very good side dish to use fresh green beans. I have fresh dill and was out of red onion but used vidalia instead. I like a little more salt. I will use this one as long as the fresh green beans hold out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this recipe both with and without red onions and is delicious either way. Made this recipe both with and without red onions and is delicious either way. It is especially good for low carb diets. I took it to a church potluck and those watching their carbs really appreciated it.
