It was very easy and delicious. I love anything with feta! Kids even liked it. Some don't like feta so they ate it minus the cheese. Great way to get kids to eat their greens!
This recipe was quite tasty. It is very strong tasting, so I would cook something on the bland side to compliment it.
It tasted even better the next day after being refrigerated! I will serve as a cold salad for summer BBQ's!
