What You Need

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. water

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

1/4

tsp. Italian seasoning

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F. Mix mustard, water and seasonings.

PLACE chicken in shallow pan; brush with mustard mixture.

BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

I added 1/2 tsp. onion juice and used mustard with seeds GREAT

Took much longer for Chicken to reach the 165 degree temperature. Too dry. Although I love Dijon, it did not compliment the Chicken.

I might make this again in a pinch, but I'd rather take a little extra time and make the chicken cordon bleu recipe (found on this site).

I thought this meal was great! I only had the thin cut chicken so the sauce was plentiful and flavorful. I didn't have italian spices so I used Emeril's original and it was wonderful and super easy. Chicken, Stove top Savory herbs stuffing and some broccoli...delicious!

Didn't quite look so good when we took it out, but it still tasted pretty good. We used honey dijon mustard - turned out great.

I made this again on outdoor grill and made extra sauce for basting. When grilling, this is what I would recommend, it was awesome!
