Fish is done when it looks opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Undercooked fish looks translucent, while overcooked fish looks dry and falls apart.

I used boneless chicken breasts instead of the fish and cooked at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Everybody gave it a thumbs up.
My entire family loved this delicious recipe. I have made it several times. My picky little son even asked for seconds! I served this with rice pilaf.
Wonderful easy recipe, that my husband enjoyed. This is a guy who doesn't like fish that much.
