Very good flavor, not too heavy on the mustard for my family, even those who don't care for mustard enjoyed this recipe. Made with 6 Tilapia fillets, and still had more than enough sauce. Used Light Mayo to reduce fat, still tasted great! Added a little Parsley to the sauce for color & presentation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My hubby and kids LOVED IT! My hubby and kids LOVED IT!!! It's hard to find something that 6 people like so when I do it's a keeper. We used tilapia instead of four filets I did 8 but left the same measurements so maybe that's why the mustard was not so overpowering. I served it with rice and broccoli and it was perfect.

Since I grew up in South Louisiana, I seasoned the fish first with salt-free cajun seasonings and black pepper. I loved the sauce, except it was a bit too salty. Perhaps that was because I added more dijon and horseradish sauce than the recipe suggested. I'll definitely try again!

I also used more than 4 fillets, I used 6 -almost 3lbs- of tilapia with no addition to the existing sauce recipe. There was enough sauce and no overwhelming mustard flavor. 3 adults and 2 kids (one that doesn't even like fish!) thought it was great! I will definitely make again.

I have made this dish for my family on several rushed weeknights, and have even wow'd last-minute guests with this simple, creamy dish. The dijon and horseradish give it just the right punch without being overwhelming. In fact, I plan on making it again tonight....

I don't usually keep horseradish, but there was a tiny fast-food package in my fridge. Good idea to collect those for such an occasion.
