So this please us all; me, time-wise, and my two kids cause it was fork-free. This past Saturday, my daughter has asked for a thicker, chunkier version to get her ready for soccer: half-waffle/half-pancake with sausage and frozen omelet in the middle. It was like the Big Mac of breakfast sandwiches.

I think that this recipe would be alot better and appeal to more people if it was made healthier. For example whole wheat pancakes and extra lean ham should have been used.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good. This was very good. It was a super-fast, super-easy way to make an on-the-go breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the microwaveable pancakes. I would prefer freshly-made ones, but then it wouldn't be so easy and quick to make.
