  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Place chicken on greased grill. Brush with barbecue sauce. Grill, covered, 4 minutes.
  • Add vegetables to grill. Continue grilling chicken and vegetables 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, frequently brushing chicken with barbecue sauce and vegetables with Italian dressing. Slice chicken and vegetables.
  • Toss chicken, vegetables and greens. Serve with Ranch dressing. Sprinkle with KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, if desired.

How to Grease Grill

Spray grill rack with cooking spray or oil before lighting grill.


Substitute BULL'S-EYE Barbecue Sauce for KRAFT Barbecue Sauce.

    This was very good. Like others was not sure about all the different flavors but turned out great. I also grilled broccoli and added that.

    Wow. This was a great semi-light, simple lunch with hardly any prep and good flavor. I am always trying new ways to get more veggies in my diet. Zucchini is a hard one to add in. I was uneasy about mixing the Italian ,BBQ, and Ranch flavors together in one salad but they really do compliment each other. Beware of grilling the vegetables too long. I did top it off with a little shredded cheese. I only used a green pepper but will use red/yellow for more color next time. Great recipe... I will definatly make again.
