  • Preheat griddle to medium heat.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients just until sticky dough forms.
  • Shape into 16 small croquettes, using about 2 Tbsp. dough for each.
  • Grill each croquette 6 min., turning every 2 min., until browned on all sides.

Make Ahead

Dough can be prepared and shaped up to 4 hours ahead of time. Keep refrigerated until ready to grill.


Substitute 1/4 cup chopped green and/or red peppers for onions.

Use Your Stove

Cook croquettes in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 to 4 min. on each side or until golden brown.
