It only takes 15 minutes to prepare this dish, but the result—juicy grilled chicken and corn roasted in packets—is very impressive!

What You Need

Tbsp.  A.1. Dry Rubs Sweet Mesquite BBQ
6
 chicken drumsticks (1-1/2 lb.)

pkg.  (10 oz. each) frozen corn
1
 red onion, chopped
1
 jalapeño pepper, seeded, sliced
1/3
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1
 lime, cut into 6 wedges

Make It

HEAT greased grill for indirect grilling. Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 350ºF.

SPRINKLE Dry Rubs over chicken; rub onto chicken. Refrigerate 20 min.

COMBINE all remaining ingredients except lime wedges; spoon onto 6 large sheets heavy-duty foil. Fold to make 6 packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

PLACE chicken on grate over unlit area; cover. Grill 25 min. or until done (165ºF), turning occasionally and placing foil packets over lit area of grill after 10 min.

CUT slits in foil to release steam before opening packets. Serve chicken with vegetables and lime wedges.

Replace the drumsticks with whatever bone-in chicken pieces you have on hand, adjusting cooking times.
How to Grill With Indirect Heat
When grilling over indirect heat, the food is not cooked directly over the heat source. Be sure to keep the grill lid closed so heat doesn't escape and your grill will act like an oven. Use this grilling method for foods that require at least 25 min. grilling time or for foods that easily dry out, such as roasts, whole chickens, thick steaks, ribs or delicate fish fillets.
