I made this recipe last summer when it was in the magazine (that I sadly no longer get...boo that it's only online now). My family loves it! My husband will not eat chicken breast, so I use thighs (boneless and skinless). It's easy, and he especially loves it and asks for it and he's not a chicken lover. I even make it during the winter months inside on my george forman grill. The outside grill is hands down the best, but the forman is a good substitute when it's cold. I sometime don't even put the dressing on it and it's still great!!
